Rules
These are now published on our website: https://www.barmingyouth.co.uk/tournament/rules
Player Registrations
Please complete the attached Player Registration form and bring it at the start of your session to the registration tent which will be directly in front of you when you enter the grounds at the top of the pitches. If you are in a morning session it is 8.30am registration for a 9am kickoff, and 1.30pm registration for a 2pm kickoff in the afternoon sessions.
Referees
Please remember the referees are generally young people who will feel the pressure, support them to support you and your players and ensure you understand the rules before play commences. Any behaviour that is a breach of the FA Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and your team face exclusion from the tournament if such an event occurs. Please report any issues to the registration tent.
Facilities
This year we have increased the number of stalls at the event. Vendors will prefer CARD PAYMENT and so please try to use this as a method of payment. Food and drink will be available, the menu will be uploaded shortly to the website and we have an onsite bar. Toilets are on site, and teams will be given a black bag to keep their rubbish together which can be placed in the skip upon leaving. The venue has parking and venue details are available here: https://www.barmingyouth.co.uk/tournament/info
Scores/ Results/ Progression
We will again be using TorneoPal as our online system. When group stages have completed please wait to ascertain your progression. It relies on other groups finishing their games at times and sometimes manual edits will need to be made to the online system where progression is decided on penalties etc. The QR code to access the online portal is available in the programme which will be sold on the day. Referees will enter the results and you will see live updates without the need to visit the registration tent. If there are disputes in the scores entered this needs to be reported by BOTH managers and the referee consulted.
Finally
Barming Youth FC is a club which promotes football for all. The event is a family day out, and win or lose, please enjoy your day with us and we wish you and all your players the best of luck in your games!
